trump’s white ethnostate has a demographics problem

Trump staring at a Census chart like it’s fake news, while the non-white population line keeps rudely refusing to obey executive orders.

Donald Trump is apparently furious to discover that no matter how many immigrants he deports, cages, or terrorizes, he still can’t turn the clock back to 1955 and repaint America eggshell white. The Census Bureau has delivered the worst possible news to the Mar-a-Lago apartheid brain trust: the non-Hispanic white share of the population is shrinking no matter what, and the only thing that actually keeps the country younger, richer, and more powerful is the one thing Trump and Stephen Miller loathe on a cellular level: non-white immigrants. So the plan, naturally, is to tank immigration and then demand that American women crank out more babies for the Fatherland. The White House is toying with policies that read like a rejected Handmaid’s Tale spin-off: a “National Medal of Motherhood” for especially fertile women, fertility tracking classes, and a $1,000 deposit into little “Trump accounts” for babies born under his reign—because nothing says serious demographic strategy like slapping Dear Leader’s name on a savings account. Meanwhile, they’re slashing support for children’s healthcare and nutrition, making it harder to raise the kids they’re demanding people have. In other words: state-backed pronatalism plus austerity plus racism. What could go wrong? The math is brutal. With zero immigration, the US gets smaller, older, poorer, and easier to push around—exactly the opposite of the “strength” Trump keeps screaming about into microphones. The share of seniors explodes, the workforce shrinks, and the only way to avoid demographic and economic decline is to welcome more immigrants from the very “shithole countries” he keeps insulting. High immigration means a bigger, more dynamic country—but also a faster drop in the white share of the population. So Trump’s core dilemma is exquisitely simple: if he actually wants to “keep America great,” he has to let it get browner. And if he wants to keep chasing the fantasy of a whiter America, he has to make it weaker. He is literally choosing racial panic over national strength—but sure, tell us more about how this is all about “security” and “the economy.”

president shithole reboots the culture war

Donald Trump, fresh off signing another executive order to erase someone’s rights, explains that the real victims in America are white guys who say ‘shithole countries’ into microphones.

Donald Trump, fresh off signing another executive order to erase someone’s rights, explains that the real victims in America are white guys who say ‘shithole countries’ into microphones.

Donald Trump spent year one of Term Two proving that when he said he’d end ‘woke’, he meant ‘civil rights’. Within weeks, he signed executive orders to kill diversity, equity and inclusion and affirmative action across government, detonating thousands of DEI-related jobs in both the public and private sectors and helping purge journalists of color from newsrooms. Because nothing says ‘merit-based opportunity’ like making sure the only people left to cover the White House look like the country club directory. He followed that up by banning gender-affirming care for anyone under 19, sending families of trans kids into a nationwide panic as they scrambled to preserve basic medical treatment. Then, in case it wasn’t clear that this is a white grievance administration, he ordered JD Vance to block federal spending on Smithsonian programs about race and tried to erase Indigenous history again by renaming Denali back to Mount McKinley. Add in mass deportation raids that are literally tearing families apart, and you’ve got the full ‘America First, everyone else last, or deported’ package. On the mic, Trump dropped the quiet parts into a bullhorn. He mused about turning Gaza into a ‘demolition site’ and relocating Palestinians elsewhere, because ethnic cleansing is apparently just a real estate problem. He ranted that the FAA was ‘too white’ until DEI allegedly ruined it, smeared Somalia as a place where people ‘run around killing each other’, and called Rep. Ilhan Omar ‘garbage’ who should be ‘thrown the hell out’ of the country. At rallies, he dusted off his ‘shithole countries’ routine, demanded more Norwegians, and bragged about a ‘permanent pause on third world migration’ while crowing on Truth Social that he ‘loves the smell of deportations in the morning’—in other words, the Ellis Island reboot is Apocalypse Now. And because he never met a bigotry buffet he didn’t want to hit twice, Trump tossed in some casual antisemitism for dessert: declaring Chuck Schumer ‘used to be Jewish’ but is now ‘a Palestinian’, and referring to ‘shylocks and bad people’ while bragging about his estate tax cuts. Women, of course, get the usual treatment—dismissed as nasty, boring, or not smart enough whenever they dare mix faith, politics, or criticism of Dear Leader. The Guardian calls it ‘Trump in his own words.’ The rest of us call it what it is: racism and misogyny as official U.S. policy, narrated live by the guy holding the nuclear codes.

muslim ban 3.0: now with extra africa and palestinians

Trump proudly pointing at a world map like a drunk landlord deciding which tenants to evict next.

Trump has decided that what America really needed this holiday season was another travel ban, so he’s expanded his personal no-fly list to five more countries plus anyone holding Palestinian Authority documents—because nothing says "national security" like collectively punishing stateless people who already have almost no freedom of movement. Burkina Faso, Mali, Niger, South Sudan, Syria, and Palestinian Authority passport holders are now under full restrictions, while Laos and Sierra Leone get upgraded from "partial discrimination" to the deluxe package.

The White House insists this is all about "screening and vetting failures" and not, absolutely not, no way, about racism, Islamophobia, or targeting poor Black and brown countries. They cite things like "unreliable civil records" and "corruption"—in other words, conditions the US helped create through decades of war, sanctions, and "foreign policy"—as grounds to lock people out. Also starring in the justification: an Afghan suspect in a shooting, because if one person commits a crime, obviously millions of unrelated people must be banned indefinitely. Very scientific. Very "anti-science", you might say.

This is Trump’s third travel ban, a sequel so lazy they didn’t even bother to change the plot: pick a list of mostly Muslim and/or African countries, slap on "security" language, and dare the courts to stop him. The Supreme Court upheld the first version, so now we’re doing the extended universe edition, adding more African nations like Nigeria, Tanzania, and Zimbabwe to the "partial restrictions" tier, plus the usual enemies list (Cuba, Venezuela) for flavor. But don’t worry, the ban comes with exceptions for diplomats and athletes at major sporting events—because if you can run a 9.8 in the 100m, you are apparently no longer a national security threat.

As always, the cruelty is the point. Families are split, students and workers are stranded, refugees are trapped—while Trump gets to brag about being "tough" and cable panels dutifully debate whether this obviously discriminatory policy is actually just smart border security. The White House says the bans stay until countries show "credible improvements" in identity management and cooperation with US deportations—in other words, until they remake their systems to Washington’s liking or their citizens just give up trying to come. But sure, tell us again how this isn’t a Muslim/Africa/Palestinian ban, just a totally neutral spreadsheet of "risk" that somehow keeps circling the same kinds of people every single time.

smiling through the chaos: mamdani's grin tested

Zohran Mamdani: Smiling in the face of chaos, because why let the absurdity get you down?

Zohran Mamdani: Smiling in the face of chaos, because why let the absurdity get you down?

Arwa Mahdawi embarked on a month-long scientific exploration, attempting to mimic Zohran Mamdani’s unflappable grin—because nothing says 'serious journalism' like a quest for the perfect perma-smile. After all, what better way to combat racism and political vitriol than with a smile that makes your enemies wonder if you’ve got a secret stash of happy pills? But sure, let’s call it an act of resistance, in a world where being brown and smiling is apparently subversive.

In her brave experiment, Mahdawi discovered that constant grinning might keep your heart rate in check, even if it results in cheek cramps and photos that scream 'I’m smiling because I have to.' So, while Mamdani continues to smile his way through baseless citizenship investigations and ridiculous labels, Mahdawi will return to her usual expression—presumably one of bemused disbelief at the state of the world.

supreme court upholds 2025's greatest hits: discrimination

Ah, the Supreme Court: Where the scales of justice are meticulously balanced... or not.

Ah, the Supreme Court: Where the scales of justice are meticulously balanced... or not.

In yet another stunning display of justice, the Supreme Court has decided to keep the Trump administration's ban on transgender military members alive a little longer. Because nothing says 'defending freedom' quite like stripping away the rights of those willing to die for it. The ban, a greatest hits revival from Trump's first term, now goes even further by creatively disguising discrimination as a 'health condition' issue. And who could have predicted that the same court that upheld its predecessor in 2019 would double down on this brilliance again? But sure, let's keep pretending this isn't about hostility toward transgender people, and that it's merely a coincidence that the Defense Department found zero national security threats in multiple studies. In other words, welcome to Trump's America, where 'equal protection' is just a suggestion.

Trump’s purge of diversity programs is now gutting military recruitment, with the Army and other branches abandoning one of the nation’s top Black engineering events—a key talent pipeline for military STEM jobs. Instead of showing up at the prestigious Black Engineer of the Year Awards (BEYA) to recruit high-achieving candidates, the Army sent recruiters to an NRA event instead—because, apparently, attracting fewer, less qualified applicants is the new strategy. Meanwhile, Defense Secretary Pete Hegseth has declared Black History Month and Women’s History Month “dead”, and military officials are scrambling to erase any trace of diversity efforts. One furious Army general summed it up: "It's f---ing racist. For the Army now, it's 'Blacks need not apply.'"

nazi sympathizer hired white supremacist who has now resigned

some building idk the treasury?

some building idk the treasury?

Another stellar DOGE hire bites the dust. Marko Elez, a 25-year-old staffer at Elon Musk’s Department of Government Efficiency (DOGE), has resigned after being linked to a deleted social media account that promoted racism and eugenics—because vetting isn’t part of the efficiency plan.

Elez, who had been granted access to the U.S. Treasury’s payment systems, was reportedly tied to posts advocating for white supremacist ideology. His departure comes amid growing concerns over how DOGE is staffing federal agencies with young, unqualified Musk acolytes who somehow keep getting access to sensitive government infrastructure.

This resignation raises more questions than answers about who’s actually overseeing DOGE’s hiring process and how many other extremists have been slipped into federal positions under the guise of “efficiency.” But don’t worry—nothing to see here, just another totally normal day in the Trump-Musk dystopia.

white supremacist suggest ethnic cleansing of gaza

I can only imagine the reichwing rage we would see if joe biden constantly came out in clown makeup

I can only imagine the reichwing rage we would see if joe biden constantly came out in clown makeup

Trump, ever the real estate mogul, has a bold new pitch: the U.S. should own Gaza. Not help rebuild it, not assist in humanitarian aid—just straight-up take it over and ship the people elsewhere to some vague, “fresh, beautiful piece of land.” You know, because nothing screams peace and stability like forced displacement and a colonial land grab. Sitting next to Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, Trump floated his plan to transform Gaza into a luxury development project, casually dismissing the Palestinians' desire to stay in their homeland. “I do see a long-term ownership position,” Trump declared, as if he were discussing a prime beachfront property instead of a war-torn region home to 2.2 million people. And naturally, Netanyahu—always up for a little annexation talk—was open to the idea, calling it a potential “change in history.” That’s one way to describe it. Trump, who once called Gaza a “phenomenal location” with “the best weather,” has essentially proposed turning it into a high-end international community (Palestinians optional), all while ignoring the reality that Gaza belongs to the Palestinians. But hey, when you think the world is just a Monopoly board, why let international law or basic human rights get in the way? He's been trying to turn gaza into a resort since his last administration, hows that genocide joe protest vote working out for you now?

targeting undocumented families, the Oklahoma State Board of Education has unanimously approved a proposal requiring parents to provide proof of their child's U.S. citizenship or legal immigration status during public school enrollment. While officials claim this is to better allocate resources, opponents see it as a thinly veiled attempt to intimidate immigrant communities and potentially deter them from accessing education. The policy mandates that districts report the number of students without provided documentation, raising concerns about privacy and the potential misuse of this information. As the proposal awaits legislative and gubernatorial approval, it faces significant backlash from educators, civil rights groups, and community members who fear it will sow fear and division in schools. again to reiterate THESE ARE CHILDREN WHAT THE FUCK IS WRONG WITH YOU PEOPLE

the U.S. Air Force has removed training courses featuring the legendary Tuskegee Airmen and the Women Airforce Service Pilots (WASP) from basic training. This decision aligns with the Trump administration's recent executive order halting diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives. While the historical videos themselves aren't the issue, their association with DEI training led to their removal. wtf are we even doing here?

trump tackles diversity, equity, and inclusion—because who needs progress?

Trump's vision of diversity: a room full of carbon copies.

Trump's vision of diversity: a room full of carbon copies.

In a bold stroke of presidential 'genius', President Trump kicked off his new term by signing executive orders to eradicate those pesky federal DEI guidelines. After all, nothing screams 'unity' quite like dismantling initiatives aimed at racial equality and LGBTQ rights. Picture Trump at his inaugural podium, promising to end this 'social engineering' nonsense—because anything beyond white male privilege is just too much social work. Ambassador Gina Abercrombie-Winstanley, former head of DEIA at the State Department, calmly dismantled Trump's 'colorblind meritocracy' fantasy, highlighting that merit-based decisions didn't traditionally favor just one homogenous group. But sure, President Trump, let's pretend centuries of systemic bias can be 'out-executived' into oblivion.
